The checklist shows which topics have research notes. Notes still need a full check against the policy issued by the insurer. A saved policy document also needs to be matched to the right plan version.

We have not rated plans for best value. That requires quotes for the same person and level of cover, plus a full policy review.

Review and survey records may describe an insurer, its app or a different product. The number of records is not the number of customers surveyed. Each record shows its date, the people it covers and its limitations.
